Store Kablun will handle the shipping of products to the address provided by the customer. Therefore, to avoid any issues with the delivery of your order, please be careful when filling out the address where you wish to receive your order.
ABSENT RECIPIENT
Ensure that someone is present at the address to receive your products. The postal service makes three delivery attempts; if no one is available to receive the order on any of these attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest Post Office. In this case, the recipient will need to pick up the package from the Post Office within 7 calendar days. If the recipient does not collect the package, according to postal regulations, the package will be returned to the sender, and a new shipping fee will be required to resend the product. All details related to the delivery attempts and the address of the Post Office where the recipient must pick up the package in case of absence are recorded in the order tracking, which can be monitored on the Post Office website using the tracking code provided by the store.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Loja Kablun is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete address entries for orders made through the store. If there is an incorrect or incomplete address, according to postal regulations, the package will be returned to the sender and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address. In case of non-delivery due to a discrepancy in the address provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund. A new shipping fee of 65 reais (shipping cost + postal fee) will be required to resend the product.
PROCESSING TIME
Once your order is processed and the payment clears through our system, the next steps are: collection, packing, and shipping. This process typically takes approximately 1 to 3 business days.
PRODUCT SHIPPING TIME AND TRACKING CODE
You will receive the tracking code in the email registered at the time of purchase within 5 business days after processing your order. To track your order, simply copy the code sent to your email and paste it on the Order Tracking page available on our website. As it is an international order, tracking may take around 8 business days due to the need for product transfer.
DELIVERY TIME
The estimated delivery time is between 7 and 12 business days once the order is shipped. However, adverse factors such as carrier delays, delivery impossibility due to weather conditions or risk areas, and national holidays may add a few extra days to the delivery time.
SHIPPING METHODS
Products are always delivered by the postal service. However, in some cases, such as an absent recipient, a region with limited delivery, or even an incorrect address, the customer may need to pick up the product at the nearest branch to their residence.
If the address is not filled out correctly, the product may be returned to the sender. We request special attention when completing the address. If there is an error in the address and the product cannot be delivered, the customer is responsible.
