The Store Kablun team constantly invests in policies to ensure our customers are always satisfied. You can request an exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days following its receipt. The following conditions must be observed:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The product must be returned without signs of use or consumption, meaning in the same condition it was received.
  • The product must be returned with the attached labels (or protectors), manuals, and all accompanying accessories.

IMPORTANT: We will not accept returns if the above conditions are not met.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN
Send an email to kablundevolucao@gmail.com and include:

  • Product name;
  • Order number;
  • Email address used at the time of purchase;
  • Reason for the exchange or return;
  • IMAGE OR VIDEO THAT SHOWS THE DEFECT, IF ANY.

Once all concerns regarding the return of the product are confirmed, we will provide you with the return address and refund the amount paid for the product and shipping.

REFUND METHODS

  • Credit Card Chargeback: This chargeback may appear on up to two statements once the return is completed through the payment gateway.
  • TED - Transfer to the customer’s account: This transfer can be made within 10 business days after confirmation of the return. THE TRANSFER CANNOT BE MADE TO A THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNT.
